How is Texas different from California?
California’s monthly file has status and expiration only. The Texas file is daily and can include disciplinary text. Use the state page that matches the license you are checking.
Is this the same as an NPI check?
No. An NPI is not a license. Check the NPI page for the 10-digit ID, and the exclusion page for the federal lists.
